The intergenerational gender specific adult ministries are designed to both meet the core needs of adult men and women of varying ages through Spiritual Enrichment, Learning Opportunities, Socialization, Service Opportunities, & Support Services.
We teach and promote the Biblical concept that the Spirit is the same age in all of us because it was all created at the same time. That same Spirit is alive in all of us. Wisdom and maturity are gifts from God and the lessons and consequences experienced are the jewels in our crowns. Impact Ministries Worldwide exploits this treasure through the intergenerational ministries of Impact. Kingdom men and are provided vehicles to develop and display their wisdom, experience, talents, and other God given abilities.

The Charge:
Introducing, teaching, and promoting the concept of the perpetual pursuit of excellence in the life of the Kingdom Citizen. Purpose: To reach, ready, revitalize, and release the Kingdom Men & Women by maintaining activities and opportunities in an atmosphere that stimulates appreciation for the gift they are to the body of Christ.
The Challenge:
To attract Kingdom Men & Women to live an abundant life in Jesus Christ by providing age and stage-appropriate activities and opportunities. To strengthen commitment to the cause of the Kingdom and encourage a more intimate relationship with God. To connect them with each other for purposeful interaction.
RADIANCE - WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP:
Radiance provides women with opportunities for spiritual growth, enrichment, education, and creative ministries to enable them to develop a sense of personal responsibility for the whole mission of the Kingdom of God. Historically, the core of most ministries is made up of women and children. Women have traditionally been the majority of the volunteers, the members, and the auxiliaries. Because women spend most of their time serving in some capacity within the local assembly, it becomes quite common and acceptable that their own needs go unmet. While gaining a tremendous amount of Christian experience, often complacency and mediocrity consume them and before too long these same servants are depleted of the very life they once flourished within. Many women in the church learn to collaborate and to facilitate but all too often the lessons come at the expense of their own fellowship with the God of the church. As a consequence of this experience, they are so burned out that they never truly operate at the level God intended when He afforded mankind abundant life. Radiance is designed to foster a real-life metamorphosis resulting in changed hearts that make a difference in every life that it touches from that changed moment forward. Radiance propels a God consciousness like never before. Women in the Kingdom of God need this connection to the Principles of God in a relevant way that will help them navigate the sea of life.
JEWELS - MATURE WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP:
Mature Adult Women’s Fellowship Jewels expands the capacity of mature adult women to promote the value of their wisdom and maturity through service and foster continued growth of their intimate relationship with God through interactive study & prayer.
V2 - MEN’S FELLOWSHIP:
The V2 - Valiant & Victorious Men fellowship fosters the empowerment of every Kingdom Man. Impact has an intentional focus on: Reaching every Kingdom Man with the reality of God's Word about their position in the Kingdom Replacing every God-forsaken idea, philosophy, and world system mindset with the Mind of Christ - the thoughts, feelings, and purposes of His heart Releasing every KINGDOM Man to do KINGDOM business - to take control of their lives, to take control of their families, rule in Jesus name and have dominion until Jesus comes
CROWNS - MATURE MEN’S FELLOWSHIP:

One Heart Marriage Fellowship:
One Heart ministers to the relationship needs of married couples in such a way that as God’s word is applied to their marriage, God’s perspective of who they are, what they have, and what they can do creates the ingredients required to transform, enhance, and maintain the total fulfillment and Oneness God intended.
FOCUS - Fellowship for the Unmarried:
Focus creates opportunities for genuine fellowship without condemnation, committed service, support and evangelism for Kingdom men and women in the unmarried state. Seldom do we think about the fact that Jesus was single. Neither do we spend much time, if any, wondering why. None-the-less, exactly what it felt like to live a single life (Live Interdependent Free in Excellence) in a time that place heavy emphasis on being “married with children”. The society of Jesus’ day in viewed the passing on of one's name through a son as the only way to keep on living after death. The fact that Jesus would never have a child meant that He would never have had a legacy attached to His good Name.
Thousand of years later, we know without a doubt that Jesus left an inimitable legacy that extends beyond his generation to every generation in every part of the world that came after Him.
Jesus demonstrated the fact that life without a spouse or children is not worthless. He showed us that what matters is that we accomplish God's purpose for us. He also showed us that when we do, no matter our marital or parental status, God can take our obedience and dedication to Him and multiply it many times over for good.
